These series of workshops are not just general information about chakras (the energy centers in our body), each workshop deals with one specific chakra, with in-depth information as well as advanced techniques and tests to check your chakra state and to balance it. This teaching will help you become more balanced, more aware of the mind/body connection, and more empowered physically, mentally and emotionally.

It will help you in the following areas:
• Detect weak points in your health
• Diminish medications (with your doctor's approval)
• Show you where you have blockages in your body/mind to release them
• Help you release depression
• Raise your immunity level
• Give you more energy
• Open yourself to a greater understanding of life
• Empower you to be yourself.

The series consist of seven 5 hour workshops for the seven chakras offered twice a month (or more upon request). Each will include:

1. Practical techniques:
• Tests to check your state
• Do-In (self-massage on acupuncture points)
• Energy streaming
• A guided meditation for each specific chakra

2. A theoretical approach on the anatomy of the spirit or
the body/mind /and more connections
• a lecture
• tests to check your state
• typed information for attendees
• a power point presentation for downloading
• and more.

Cost:
• The first workshop you attend costs $70
• You get a $10 discount for each following workshop you attend.
• In case you purchase the whole package of the seven workshops you get an $80 discount and pay $410 altogether.
• Special prices for students $45 per workshop, and 5$ discount for each following workshop you attend.

About the instructor Brigitte Chebli:
Brigitte Chebli, from Germany, introduced macrobiotics in Lebanon in 1975. After three years of medical studies in Germany, she earned a French master degree in psychology. She then studied macrobiotics and related holistic health topics with Michio Kushi and other great masters for over five years at summer camps in Europe (Austria, Switzerland, and Germany) and the Europe Kushi Institute (Netherlands). Her work and the work of the whole team she was part of, has been mentioned in the East West Journal (December 1979, and January, February 1980), and also mentioned in the M. Kushi book “One Peaceful World”. She has been practicing since then teaching and counseling people in holistic health prevention.
