Quantum-Touch teaches simple breathing and body awareness exercises that can be easily learned by everyone. Without exception, professional practitioners of the various modalities say that this work can be seamlessly combined with what they know, and in most cases it has transformed their practice. In principal the Quantum-Touch practitioner learns to focus and amplify life-force energy, which is most often referred to as “Chi” or “Prana”. This is accomplished by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. Like a tuning fork that was struck causing another tuning fork to vibrate, the person receiving the session matches the vibration of the person giving the session. The results are often astounding. First time students of Quantum-Touch when working on each other will typically be relieved of 50% to 100% of each other's pain by the end of class. Quantum-Touch and Reiki
